Our Client has been the leading global strategic meeting management solutions organization for many years.  This includes global hotel sourcing, custom contract negotiations, professional meeting support services and Strategic Meeting Management consulting.   They are looking for an Accounting Administrator.

Commission Invoicing and Collections Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Account Executives to obtain accurate hotel contacts for Post Event Requests & Invoice
  • Obtain Post Event from Hotel
  • Verifies with AE that Pickup Report received from Hotel is correct
  • Prepares and Distributes Commission Invoices
  • Post Commission Checks to ME as received
  • Review outstanding invoices

House Account RFP Responsibilities

  • Obtain Missing Hotel Responses
  • Review Responses from Hoteliers
  • Merge Proposal of Availability
  • Merge Hotel Side by Side Comparison Report
  • Send Space Hold Requests as directed by Account Manager
  • Prepare Cost Savings Analysis
  • The Process after an RFP has been Awarded
  • Update Technology (i.e. addendums, change in contact, etc.)
  • Manually Enter Contracts

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Misc. Admin Duties to Support MSR Corporate Office
